What we store, and who else sees it.

When you register we keep your email and a password hash. After you upload a résumé we keep the PDF, the structured JSON we parse from it, your search preferences, the answers used to fill application forms (name, email, phone, city, links, visa), scores we compute for you, the tailored PDFs, and the Yes/Skip/Sent marks you make.

Your résumé leaves this server. To read the PDF, score jobs against it and write the tailored versions, we send the full text of your résumé — and the text of each job ad — to a third-party language model at 127.0.0.1. That is a company we do not control, and it may be in another country. If you are not comfortable with that, do not upload a résumé; there is nothing this service can do for you without sending it.

The optional EEO questions on Setup — gender, race, veteran status, disability — are stored with the rest of your answers, and the Chrome extension will put whichever ones you filled in onto application forms. They are blank by default. Leave them blank and nothing is ever stored or filled for them.

None of that is shown to other users. The shared job pool is public job ads, not résumés.

The Chrome extension sends your token with each pack request so it can download your tailored PDFs and fill your details. It does not submit the form.

To delete everything we hold for you, log in, open Setup, and press Delete account. That removes your directory and your login. It cannot un-send an application you already submitted on a company’s site, and it cannot reach copies held by the model provider above.
